About the role
Join our talented team as a full-time Cabinet Vision Drafter. Based in Nerang, Queensland, this exciting role will see you utilize your expertise in Cabinet Vision Software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for custom cabinetry projects. As a key member of the workshop, your work will play a vital part in delivering high-quality joinery solutions for our esteemed clients. This is onsite and no remote work.
What you'll be doing
* Interpreting client briefs and specifications to design custom cabinet layouts and solutions
* Producing detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Cabinet Vision software
* Liaising with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with workshop capabilities
* Continuously improving efficiency and accuracy through the refinement of design processes
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Cabinet Vision Drafter with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality custom joinery designs
* Minimum 3-5 years of Cabinet Vision drafting experience is required
* Strong technical drawing and drafting skills, with the ability to interpret client briefs and specifications
* Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing accurate, well-thought-out designs
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and production staff
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
* Cabinet Maker preferred
* Australian work rights are required for this position
