About Our Client

Job Description
* Oversee all financial reporting and analysis for the manufacturing sites located in Wollert and Dandenong.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies.
* Monitor and manage the plant's budget, including cost control and variance analysis.
* Collaborate with operational teams to optimise financial performance and identify cost‐saving opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
* Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‐making and long‐term planning.
* Lead and mentor junior accounting staff within the plant.
* Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional certification such as CPA or CA (or working towards one).
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting processes effectively.
