Wilcox Safety and Signs is an established manufacturer of safety signage and supplier of products to the safety industry. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our high performing Team.
This role suits a person who is friendly, enthusiastic and conscientious, is flexible in tasks and enjoys working in an active and busy setting. You would be described as being courteous, having an eye for detail and a stable influence in the workplace.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of customer service and sales administrative tasks including:
- Preparing customer quotes and responding to enquiries
- Processing customer orders & invoicing
- Working with other departments to achieve production and delivery deadlines
- General office duties
- Assisting in other areas of the business when staff are away and during peak periods
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role (safety or manufacturing experience will be highly regarded)
- A sound understanding of numbers and measurements
- Well presented, trustworthy, punctual and driven to succeed
- A good memory and an ability to multitask
- Professional, with a commitment to excellence
- Proficient in navigating an inventory management system
- Strong organisational skills
**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
