ABOUT ROLE:
As an Associate Buyer's Agent, you'll work closely with the director and gain hands-on exposure on the entire buying process. From property searches to negotiations, client meetings, and auctions, you'll be at the heart of Sydney's most exciting property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with property searches, inspections & due diligence
* Attending private inspections, auctions & client meetings
* Conducting market research and preparing reports
* Building relationships with selling agents and industry professionals
* Supporting clients to ensure a seamless, tailored experience
ABOUT YOU
* Current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
* Driver's licence & your own car
* Real Estate experience in sales, leasing, property management, or property admin
* Knowledge of the Sydney property market
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Ambition, positive energy, and a genuine passion for property
