* Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring every interaction is professional and welcoming.
* Solutions-Oriented Service: Address customer needs by resolving issues and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
* Order Management: Process orders, returns, and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
* Product Promotion: Clearly present product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing questions and providing tailored recommendations.
* Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, maximising each customer interaction.
* Records Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and precise customer records to support seamless operations.
* Team Contribution: Support the achievement of team sales targets through excellent service delivery and collaboration.
About You:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Strong organisational skills to handle high volumes of tasks with precision.
* A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a dynamic environment.
* Experience with safety and industrial consumables preferred.
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs is desirable.
