About the Role
Seeking a highly organized and professional individual to provide administrative support in our Cairns-based team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our mental health service, providing high-quality administrative support to the Service Manager and team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Service Manager and team, including meeting coordination, reporting, minute-taking, and document preparation.
* Deliver reception services, managing incoming calls and enquiries, booking and confirming appointments, and greeting clients and visitors.
* Maintain accurate records, support data entry and reporting processes, and assist with finance tasks including invoice reconciliation.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience in administrative support in the Health, Medical or Community Services sector.
* Proven experience in administrative support, reception, data entry, or customer service is essential.
* High-level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work autonomously and collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
