As a Graduate Associate Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Wealth team with various tasks and assist the broader operations team as needed.
* Prepare and complete client file notes
* Manage correspondence and communication
* Respond to calls when advisors are unavailable
* Assist with client strategy implementation
* Handle document administration and corporate filings
* Support switches and rollovers
* Prepare for meetings and liaise with authorities
* Order disclosures and liaise with clients
* Update databases and prepare financial statements
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in financial planning, business, commerce, or similar
* Previous wealth management experience (preferred)
* Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills
* Police clearance
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
