Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Strata Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-run strata portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, issuing levy notices, and monitoring financial statements.
You will coordinate and attend AGMs, special meetings, and committee meetings, maintaining accurate records, by-laws, and insurance policies. It is essential to ensure compliance with the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA) and other relevant legislation.
The successful candidate will arrange maintenance, repairs, and contractor management for common property, handle insurance renewals and claims, and act as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in strata, property, or administration roles, preferably with strata management experience.
* Strong knowledge of the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA).
* SCAWA A100 Certification is essential.
* Certificate IV in Strata Community Management is highly regarded.
* Excellent organisational, financial management, and communication skills.
