About the role
The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive market growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational and transactional delivery to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
This is a role which blends strategy with operations.
Success in this role looks like:
* Developed integrated marketing plans designed to support our brand objectives, revenue targets and share of wallet for all marketing projects and campaigns.
* Creative development and execution of all marketing activities in alignment with budgets and performance tracking.
* Consistent pursuit of innovative and creative marketing practices and utilisation of up-to-date technologies.
* Improved Client Engagement through targeted campaigns designed to support our tender acquisitions.
About you:
* You'll possess the ability to Lead Self and Lead Others towards achieving a common goal.
* Demonstrated strategic and solutions focused/ creative mindset.
* Advanced project management and organisational skills.
* Commercial acumen with advanced capability to identify and improve brand awareness and business growth across heavy industry.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Creativity and innovation - particularly within 'brand storytelling'
* A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.

o 5 years previous experience in brand management or a marketing leadership role.
* Advanced competency with design suites (InDesign, Premier Pro, Light Room etc).
