Job Title: Hydraulic Parts Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Audit and process parts requests from customers via phone, email, and in person.
* Offer expert advice and technical assistance to customers regarding parts selection and compatibility.
* Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient order processing.
* Liaise with suppliers to source and order parts as required.
* Prepare and issue quotes for parts, ensuring competitive pricing and timely follow-up with customers.
* Support the sales team with product knowledge and customer enquiries.
* Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hydraulic or industrial role is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic equipment and parts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
