**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and implement company and client-driven **HSE** activities and initiatives
- Conduct thorough **incident investigations**, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement
- Oversee **food safety** practices, with HACCP compliance knowledge (desired)
- Deliver **HSE coaching** and capability-building programs, including toolbox and pre-start meetings
- Carry out **safety walks** to identify hazards, with a focus on **improving safety standards**
- Lead **toolbox meetings** and contribute to safety drills and audits

**About You**: You are an experienced safety professional with a proven track record, ideally in the **mining, civil, or facilities maintenance** industries. You are passionate about fostering a culture of safety and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance work environment. As an HSE Advisor, you will be proactive in identifying risks and developing solutions to continuously improve safety standards.
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- ** Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety** (mandatory)
- ** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (desirable)
- A **current, full Manual Driver's License** for operating site vehicles
- Familiarity with **ICAM** and **Root Cause Incident Investigation**:
- Excellent **time management**, **teamwork**, and **relationship-building** skills
