Clinical Leadership Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead multidisciplinary services and advance inclusive, evidence-based practice. We are seeking a senior mental health professional with experience in health care management and mental health service delivery.
Job Description
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and service providers.
* Develop referral pathways and ensure integration across services using a co-design approach.
* Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical governance, and drive evidence-based best practice through continuous quality improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary level qualifications as a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* Current annual practicing certificate from AHPRA or a Social Worker with eligibility to register with AASW.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in health care management and mental health service delivery.
