As a Manager in PwC's Contracts & Legal Transformation team, you'll lead and support projects that help organisations manage legal risk at scale – such as deploying sophisticated enterprise systems and designing AI solutions to transform how contracting and other legal work is done. What you'll do:
* Project‑manage the delivery of contracting and legal transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
* Identify, develop and showcase AI‑enabled solutions.
* Apply process improvement skills to help our clients optimise their contracting and legal processes.
* Design and review operating models for corporate support functions.
* Develop and implement change management strategies.
* Deliver legal department and law firm diagnostics, collecting and analysing data, and presenting insights based on the information collated.
* Upskill and provide client training in various contracting and legal technology platforms.
* Coach and support junior team members while engaging effectively with client stakeholders to deliver lasting impact.
What we're looking for:
* A bachelor's degree in law, computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least five years' experience in contracting, procurement, legal technology management, project management, or consulting – ideally within a law firm or legal department.
* Strong background in the Guidewire Insurance suite and extensive knowledge of insurance and financial services.
* Excellent ability to engage and influence clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Team player with a positive "can do" attitude towards challenges.
* Integrity and a genuine care for the people you work with.
