About The Role
As Stores Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a small warehouse team to ensure efficient management of inbound and outbound goods, inventory control, and site collections. You'll play a critical role in maintaining safety standards, improving operational processes, and ensuring timely service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
* Lead by example in enforcing safe work practices and use of PPE
* Coach and support team members to ensure consistent performance
* Oversee customer collections and minimise wait times on-site
* Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for cost or process improvements
* Conduct stocktakes and maintains accurate stock records
* Liaise with operations, customer service, and transport teams
* Ensure compliance with company policies and site requirements
About You
You're a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you will bring:
* Experience in a warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment
* Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
* A current Forklift Licence
* Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
* Competence with inventory systems and MS Office
* Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused approach with a can-do attitude
