Parking Enforcement Officer
Delivering exceptional customer service is a top priority for this role. To excel, you will undergo extensive training to develop strong communication and time management skills.
* Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or by motor vehicle to enforce parking regulations.
* Provide professional, accurate and timely service in response to queries from clients and the public.
* Maintain parking equipment in good condition and working order.
This role requires flexibility and availability to work operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you are expected to interact with various stakeholders such as clients, colleagues, and members of the public. You must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
