Responsibilities
* Delivering a safe, high quality, efficient window cleaning service to our clients
* Completing window cleaning & facade maintenance jobs at residential, commercial, government and non‐government premises as outlined on your schedule
* Being versatile – using multiple access methods (Rope Access, BMU, EWP etc.) and techniques (High Wash, Pressure Wash etc.)
* Communicating effectively with customers & co‐workers
* Experience in commercial high‐rise window cleaning
* Full work rights in Australia
* Current IRATA/ARAA/SPRAT, or BMU experience
* Current General Induction for Construction card
* Valid Driver's License
* Polite, positive attitude, and solid work ethic
* Punctual
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to use initiative and find solutions
Advantageous
* Experience in High Wash Systems (Water fed poles); Ladder/Pole Work; Cherry Picker/Boom lifts; and BMU
* Working at Heights certificate
* Your own motor vehicle
* First Aid Certificate
