You will collaborate with key stakeholders including Junior Medical Officers, hospital executives, and the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) to ensure high-quality clinical training and strategic alignment with broader educational goals.

We are seeking a registered Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) who holds a current clinical appointment at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.

You should have a genuine passion for postgraduate medical education and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Your strengths include proven ability to enhance the quality of medical education and training, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams.

Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

* Be eligible for full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Specialist with Fellowship of the relevant college
">
* Hold a current clinical appointment to practice at the hospital
">
* Demonstrate a commitment to and confidence in improving the quality of education and training offered by the hospital
">
* Show evidence of a genuine interest in postgraduate medical education, a willingness to develop expertise in this area, and an understanding of the importance of the continuum of medical education as a lifelong professional commitment
">
* Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, consultative, and interpersonal skills, incorporating the ability to liaise and consult with all levels of the health industry, the community, and various professional groups
