The Opportunity
We're seeking a full time experienced Avionics LAME to join our CASA Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation in Darwin.
You'll be working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in doing things right—maintaining a diverse fleet to exacting standards and supporting safe, reliable operations across the Territory.

Essential Skills & Experience
* CASA B2 Licence
* Sound knowledge of CASA regulatory requirements
* Familiarity with Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems and Human Factors in Aviation Safety
* Eligible to hold an ASIC
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Willingness to train / mentor apprentices
* Reliability and strong work ethic
* Able to successfully complete drug and alcohol testing
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience with Cessna Caravans and 400/200 series aircraft
* Knowledge of IAS
* SA227 Metro experience
