Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end contract and subcontract processes, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
Oversee budgets, procurement, and cost reporting to support timely project delivery
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain relationships, and meet expectations
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to quality standards
Mentor junior staff and support planning and progress tracking for on-time, on-budget delivery
Qualifications
10+ years' experience in construction contract administration
Proven success managing contracts on $100m+ projects
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legislation, and standards
Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to contract management
Proficient in contract software and MS Office
Tertiary qualifications in construction, QS, or related field preferred
