Job Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Work Order Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the Technical Clerical Officers.
* Filing and archiving documents in a secure and efficient manner.
* Screening phone calls and directing them to the relevant personnel.
* Verifying CPTs, work orders, and client codes to ensure accuracy.
* Entering analytical methods and relevant information into the GEMS system.
* Completing tasks related to work order write-ups.
* Preparing re-assay work, including AUSQUA's.
* Assigning method codes and correcting invoices and credits.
* Ensuring pricing is accurate for active and new work orders.
* Liaising with management to obtain turnaround times and ETAs.
* Performing other duties as directed by the Section Supervisor/Manager.
