About the Role:
We're looking for a qualified carpenter or roofer with real hands-on experience leading teams and running roofing jobs from start to finish. You'll oversee about eight subcontractor crews across Queensland and New South Wales (mostly SE QLD).
You'll manage the full pipeline — from leak detection, material ordering, and site coordination, to keeping jobs moving and clients happy.
This role needs someone fair but firm, sharp on details, and who doesn't take "no" for an answer.

* Track progress and keep pipelines on target
* Lead by example — drive accountability and performance
* Communicate clearly with office, crews, and clients
* Help recruit and manage more crews as we grow

What We're Looking For:
* Qualified carpenter or roofer
* Strong experience running roofing crews or subcontractors
* Knows leak detection, roofing systems, and site safety
* Excellent with planning, organizing, and follow-through
* High attention to detail — gets things right the first time
