Developing and delivering high-quality training initiatives is a key aspect of this role. The Training Lead will play a pivotal part in creating, executing, and evaluating learning programs that meet the needs of employees during the rollout of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR).
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement an approach to deliver effective and flexible training to end-users with varying levels of digital literacy.
* Ensure that eLearning modules, video content, and other online mediums align with organizational policies and guidelines, as well as manage the training delivery schedule and logistics planning.
* Monitor, evaluate, and review training programs, learning materials, and competency assessments to guarantee compliance with business requirements, best practice training, adult learning principles, organizational standards, and industry benchmarks while considering participant feedback and project outcomes.
