Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Melbourne
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Develop and manage Service Portal components, ensuring a seamless user experience for stakeholders and IT teams.
- Ensure optimal performance and functionality of ITOM processes across the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with ITSM (IT Service Management), development, and infrastructure teams to align ITOM with business objectives and workflows.
- Develop and execute integration plans to link ITOM with external systems, tools, and environments.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing the ITOM processes.
- Lead and support ServiceNow ITOM-related upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
- Design automation workflows for IT operations and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and manage custom workflows within the Service Portal to improve IT self-service capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDBs, etc.).
- Familiarity with Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating with ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong understanding of network and infrastructure operations, including monitoring tools and processes.
