About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Level 1 Support Engineer. As a member of our technical team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients' technology runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot issues remotely and assist onsite when necessary
* Help deliver new solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients
You will work closely with our Director and wider technical team, gaining exposure to real-world environments and learning from experienced engineers who genuinely care about helping you grow.
