Responsibilities
- Support daily tour operations including preparing boats & vehicles (fuel ice safety checks)
- Welcome and assist guests during boarding and transfers
- Maintain clean safe and presentable vessels vehicles & visitor areas
- Assist with manifests guest transport and logistics
- Participate in cultural and tourism training to build guiding skills
- Promote park experiences and guest activities
- Work closely with Indigenous cultural ambassadors and support cultural engagement
- Follow WHS and operational procedures
Qualifications : Essential
- 1-2 years of successful experience in a similar role or front of house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Valid drivers license and Light Rigid License or higher
Ideal
- Kakadu Knowledge
- H Endorsement
- Basic first aid certification
