We are seeking an experienced Part-Time HR & Payroll Administrator to support our growing automotive dealership group. Based at our Rockingham dealership, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate fortnightly payroll and providing essential HR administration support across multiple sites.

Working closely with the HR Administrator, you'll assist with the full employee lifecycle while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Payroll (Fortnightly):
o Prepare and process fortnightly payroll for a multi-site dealership group.
o Data entry, reconciliation, and validation using UniPay payroll software.
o Maintain accurate employee pay records, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
o Support leave, entitlements, superannuation, and payroll reporting.
o Respond to payroll-related queries and assist with audits as required.
* HR Administration Support:
o Assist HR Administrator with HR tasks, queries and provide administrative support.
* Compliance & Systems:
o Support compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, and internal policies.
o Maintain training, licence, and compliance registers.
o Assist with HR reporting and internal projects as required.

About You

* Previous experience in HR administration and payroll (dealership or multi‐site environment highly regarded).
* Experience using UniPay payroll software (highly desirable).
* Sound understanding of Fair Work basics and payroll compliance.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
