Overview
Dale Christian College WA is actively seeking a dynamic, qualified, and innovative part-time, permanent High School Teacher for Year 7–12 English, with capability to deliver English lessons from Year 7 to 12. Responsibilities
* Be prepared to model, uphold and support the ethos of the College and its Core Values.
* Demonstrate understanding of school curriculum and assessment requirements, and current best practice in pedagogy.
* Display awareness of the need for pastoral care in the school environment and inclusive education.
* Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning in the High School context.
* Be well-qualified with demonstrated experience, and excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
* Be willing to be a productive member of our team and work collegially with the other members of the team.
* Adhere to the Staff Code of Conduct, Child Protection Policy and the College Statement of Faith.
Qualifications
* Evidence of relevant teaching qualifications and professional experience in a High School English context.
* Ability to deliver English from Year 7 to 12.
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to Christian education and college ethos.
