About Us
Bostin Brew Co is a long standing, family operated dining venue known for great coffee, delicious food, and a positive team culture. We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager with strong BOH knowledge to lead our Merewether location.
About the Role
We're seeking a hands‑on leader who can run the daily operations, support the kitchen team, and ensure the venue delivers consistently high standards in service, food quality, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
* Lead, train, and motivate junior staff
* Assist in BOH operations including stock control, ordering, and kitchen workflow
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards
* Manage rosters, labour costs, and general venue performance
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
* Work closely with owners to improve efficiency and customer experience
About You
* Previous experience as Venue Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Reliable, organised, and solutions‑focused
* Passionate about food, coffee, and creating a great customer experience
