Key Role: Business Development Leader
We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our business development efforts in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth across key segments, including Corporate Office, Real Estate Investment trusts, Education, Health and Aged care, Hospitality and Retail.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to enhance our market presence and capitalize on sales opportunities.
The successful applicant will be accountable for the day-to-day relationship with our New Zealand sole distributor and will lead a team of National Business Development Managers.
Detailed responsibilities include:
* Driving the team to deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Managing people and resources effectively
* Setting strategic direction and goals
* Liaising with Marketing and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
* A minimum of 10 years of sales team leadership experience
* Proven business development knowledge and skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly CRM systems
* Excellent team leadership and commercial acumen
* Strong market insight and analytical abilities
