Location: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley, other areas by discussion.
In this position, you will work remotely from your home office, five days per week. Initial training and setup will be fully supervised, ensuring you are well-supported and confident in our systems, processes, and client service standards. Persons seeking part time hours are also encouraged to apply.
We are seeking a qualified Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our growing team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional mortgage and finance solutions to clients while building and maintaining strong community and referral relationships. You'll be part of a supportive, professional environment focused on client satisfaction, integrity, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with finance and lending solutions suited to their goals and circumstances
* Manage the loan process from application to settlement
* Build and nurture existing community networks and referral partnerships
* Generate new business opportunities through relationship-based marketing
* Maintain compliance and uphold industry best practices
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker
* Relevant qualifications and accreditation (e.g., Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking)
* Established community and referral connections
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* A proactive, self-motivated, and ethical approach to business
