The Role
This is a great opportunity in Narooma for quality and talented Cooks to join the team on a full-time basis, as a Cook at Merivale, you will need the following experience and attributes:
* 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry
* Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge
* Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel
* Good knife skills and a desire to learn
* An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
