**About the Role**

As a **Specifications Manager**, you'll play a critical role in growing our presence in the commercial construction space by building strong relationships and driving product specification across large-scale commercial and government projects. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will join our highly-rated commercial sales team contributing to a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-centric culture.

**In This Role, You Will**
- Develop trusted partnerships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new project opportunities and proactively drive product specifications.
- Deliver engaging and professional presentations showcasing our product advantages.
- Expand product usage through cross-selling and targeting commercial projects.
- Forecast customer requirements, manage project lifecycles, and convert specifications into sales.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth execution and project delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, manage project handovers, and track success rates.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- 5+ years' experience in architectural specification or commercial sales, ideally within interior systems, building products, or related sectors.
- A strong architectural network and demonstrated success in securing specifications for commercial/government projects.
- Excellent understanding of project lifecycles, NCC guidelines, and product compliance.
- CRM proficiency and a tech-savvy, analytical mindset.
- A customer-first, solutions-based approach with strong commercial acumen.
- Formal qualifications in a related field are preferred.

**Desirable Backgrounds**:
Interior fit-outs, commercial ceiling/wall systems, acoustic or fire-rated building products.
