Workforce Data Analyst
We are seeking applicants who possess key attributes within the context of role responsibilities. This includes proven success in preparing and delivering contemporary HR and workforce analytics, such as research, analysis, and interpretation of workforce information and trends within a complex organisational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically plan, coordinate, and implement accurate and timely data design, collection, analysis, and practical reporting solutions using analytical tools and business intelligence systems.
* Demonstrate high level skills and ability to build, query, and validate datasets to produce a range of data visualisation outputs.
* Provide authoritative advice and recommendations to senior management incorporating workforce information.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in programming languages (e.g., SQL, DAX, M Query) and Power BI.
* Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
* Able to build collaborative working relationships and effectively liaise, advise, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
