The Opportunity:
Shadforth delivers transformative infrastructure and community projects across Queensland and New South Wales, specialising in master-planned residential developments and major civil works.
We’re seeking Foremen across the below three areas:
* Pipe Crew: Guide the installation of essential underground services including water mains, sewer lines, and stormwater systems on large residential and civil projects.
* Civil Crew: Drive delivery of roads, drainage, earthworks, and service networks in subdivisions and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise site crews and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification
* Plan and manage daily and weekly works
* Read, interpret, and act on construction plans and drawings
* Ensure projects are delivered to agreed outcomes, budget, and schedule
* Maintain high-quality site records, reports, and documentation
* Drive a strong safety and quality culture on site, leading prestart, toolbox talks, and safety compliance activities
About You:
* Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally on subdivision or civil projects
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately
* Proven track record in delivering projects to agreed outcomes
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Committed to maintaining high-quality and safety standards
* Construction Industry Card (White / Blue) and current driver's license
* Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
