The Opportunity
Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Completions Coordinator to join our Telecommunications and Network Services team. In this role, you will ensure the efficient and accurate coordination and review of design and construction completion activities, including defect resolution, delivering all required artefacts in alignment with project specifications, contractual obligations, and practical completion timelines.
We are open to considering candidates based in Sydney or Newcastle with flexible working arrangements offered.
What We're Looking For
* A proven track record in Practical Completion delivery, including managing handover processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
* Experience in telecommunication or utility network construction is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.
* Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Technical understanding of NBN projects and knowledge of telecommunications cabling and construction standards is desirable.
