**About the role**:
Working on-the-road and visiting clients in-home in the Perth area, you will report directly to the Sales Manager who has recently been promoted from this role, she is all about now supporting you to make your mark and reap the rewards. As this role is on the road and work from home, your ability to manage your time and coordinate a busy diary will be essential. So too will be how well you build rapport with clients and help them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Carrying out in home inspections
- Formulating pricing and proposals that best suit the client
- Promote full suite of services to ensure our clients' needs are met
- Assist with any service issues ensuring effective and timely solutions
- Promote customer feedback as we strive to always improve
- Maintain exemplary customer service throughout - those 5-star reviews don't write themselves
**About you**:
Ideally you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual. This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their own homes.
