**Regional Leader: South West Hub**
The National Manager reports to the Regional Leader, who is responsible for managing the operational requirements of Home Care services across the South West region, ensuring integration and management of an appropriately skilled workforce, delivery of expected financial, client experience, staff engagement and compliance objectives as well as driving future business growth.
* Proven leadership experience within the health sector.
* Experience in providing excellent customer service.
* Proven team building and workforce management capabilities.
* Comprehensive stakeholder relationship management skills.
* Resilient with a positive approach to problem solving.
* Excellent knowledge of the aged and disability sector systems.
