General Manager Procurement Operations and Assurance at nbn Australia .

Responsibilities
* Lead a diverse and high-impact portfolio across Procurement Operations, Commercial Assurance, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Management, and Extended Worker Time & Materials Lifecycle Management.
* Report to the Executive General Manager, Procurement, Property & Supply, and be a key member of the PP&S leadership team, shaping operational strategy and driving service excellence across end-to-end value streams and adjacent functions.
* Define service standards and KPIs aligned to strategic goals; consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
* Foster a culture of inclusive leadership, personal growth, and continuous improvement; coach teams and stakeholders to think boldly and act with integrity.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and lead change with confidence; take a holistic view of processes and impacts.
About you
* Strategic and compassionate leader with deep expertise in procurement and commercial operations.
* Proven experience in business and financial operations, with a track record of delivering cultural change, process efficiency, automation and commercial transformation in complex, customer-centric environments.
* Experience in shared services, governance, risk management and business continuity with clarity and purpose; skilled in leading outsourced services and supplier relationships.
* Qualifications in Finance, Business or Risk Management plus strong business acumen and ability to generate value through insight and performance.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills; capable of planning with precision, leading with empathy and growing others.
