As Administration and Communications Officer, this is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support and assistance to the Youth Services team in an efficient, accurate and timely manner also you will contribute to the ongoing development of the City council's online presence, utilising a range of web based platforms.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma in an administrative related discipline or lesser formal qualification with several years relevant experience in multimedia development.
- Demonstrated working experience in a similar role and/or qualifications in Communications, Marketing or multimedia.
- Experience in using Social Media platforms and web-based content management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people.
- Proven time management and goal setting skills with the ability to set priorities, plan and organise work in an environment of conflicting and changing demands.
