About the Role We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Peadiatric Occupational Therapist to join our client’s expanding team in Melbourne’s west. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of both clinic-based and telehealth work (approx. 5%). You’ll primarily work with peadiatric clients (90%), with a small component of adult clients (10%). Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention services. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support clients’ goals and development. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary allied health team. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing professional development. Manage a caseload of around 25 billable hours/week, within standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
