About the Role
In partnership with the Store Manager, you will:
* Drive sales and maximise store profitability
* Deliver exceptional service standards in line with Mystery Shopper expectations
* Coach, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture
* Support daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.
