Job Description
Coordinate end‑to‑end inbound logistics and keep goods moving on time across Australia & New Zealand.
Create and issue accurate purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements
Raise and manage supplier purchase orders with accuracy in pricing, quantities and delivery dates.
Track shipments, work closely with freight forwarders and 3PL partners, and resolve delivery issues quickly.
Maintain all shipping, customs and compliance documentation with high attention to detail.
Update ERP systems with real‑time logistics data and support clear visibility of inventory movements.
Produce logistics reports and keep internal teams informed with timely status updates.
Drive continuous improvement across logistics performance, transit times and cost efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Logistics Coordinator Should Have
Experience in logistics or supply chain operations within the FMCG industry.
Understanding of Supply/Production Planning
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
