The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a High Risk Work License Trainer to join our team in Mackay & the Bowen Basin region. This role supports FSA's expansion following our acquisition of Sharp 5 Training and aims to strengthen our regional presence.

About The Role We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic trainer/assessor capable of facilitating nationally recognised training courses. You will conduct training at client locations and at our sites in Mackay, Mooranbah, and the Bowen Basin. Additionally, you will deliver HRWL accredited training for:
Forklift EWP Required Qualifications and Experience Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (latest TAE with LLN competencies) HRWL Trainer and Assessor accreditation with WorkSafe Qld. Exceptional organisational, delivery, and time management skills Ability to work autonomously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong safety culture Self-motivated and reliable, capable of traveling as needed This position requires submitting a comprehensive CV and a cover letter explaining your motivation to join us.
