Job Description
This role involves providing fleet management services by collecting and maintaining data, as well as undertaking general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out support functions, including obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, receiving goods, and reconciling transactions.
* Monitoring and responding to shared email communications.
* Entering data and maintaining accurate records.
* Developing and updating registers.
* Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes during meetings.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a Queensland C class provisional driver's license.
* Proficiency in the components of the Microsoft Office Suite.
