About the role This is a leadership opportunity for a driven and style-focused Boutique Leader ready to elevate an established West Beach store. You will take full ownership of boutique performance, shaping team performance and ensuring every customer interaction reflects premium service standards. This role is ideal for a confident fashion retail leader who enjoys accountability, decision-making and delivering measurable results. What you will do Drive boutique performance across sales and KPI's Lead styling standards and ensure exceptional customer journeys on the floor Oversee visual merchandising execution and campaign rollouts Control wages and build effective rosters Monitor stock integrity and uphold loss prevention standards Use performance data to identify opportunities and implement strategic actions Develop, coach and elevate team capability through clear expectations and feedback Maintain operational excellence across all areas of the business What you will bring Strong fashion retail leadership experience at Store Manager level Confidence working independently Ability to analyse trends and proactively improve store performance A commercially minded approach with proven KPI and wage management capability Polished communication skills and high emotional intelligence A natural ability to inspire accountability and ownership within a team Structured, organised and operationally strong What's in it for you $65K - $70K Super, based on experience Performance-based bonus structure Clothing allowance included Tuesday to Saturday roster, no late nights Career progression within a national fashion retailer If you are a confident fashion leader who enjoys autonomy, ownership and driving real results, this Harbour Town opportunity offers both stability and long-term growth.
