Eastwood Golf Club is looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Hand to join our team.
This is a varied role working across both bistro service and events, with a minimum of two night shifts per week, plus additional day shifts available. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, good people skills and a willingness to support the kitchen team in a well-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have food preparation knowledge, a strong work ethic and the ability to work calmly and efficiently as part of a supportive team. Availability to work nights and weekends is essential.
About the role:
· Food preparation and basic kitchen duties
· Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas
· Assisting with bistro service and event execution
· Supporting chefs and kitchen team during busy service periods
· Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What we’re looking for:
· Food prep knowledge and kitchen confidence
· Good people skills and a team-focused attitude
· Availability for a minimum of two night shifts per week, plus day shifts
· Ability to work nights and weekends
· Punctual, reliable and able to work efficiently
· Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
