Followmont Transport Queensland's largest family‐owned transport business is on the hunt for a hands‐on, detail‐driven Financial Controller who thrives in a fast‐paced, data‐rich environment.

What You'll Do
* Own day‐to‐day finance operations and lead a high‐performing team (including offshore support)
* Deliver accurate, on‐time Board and management reporting
* Analyse KPIs, ROI, cashflow and business performance and tell the real story behind the numbers
* Strengthen modelling in partnership with our FP&A team
* Oversee statutory reporting, audits, governance and internal controls
* Improve cashflow forecasting, liquidity and debtor/creditor performance
* Identify risks early and drive best‐practice financial discipline

What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
* CA or CPA qualification
* Proven experience in senior financial management
* Experience managing statutory reporting, audits and financial controls
* Strong capability in Microsoft Office and Power BI
* A disciplined, organised and reliable working style
