Job Title: Permit to Work Coordinator
We are seeking a seasoned Permit to Work Coordinator to join our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Team on site.
* Ensure seamless operation of the Permit to Work System in accordance with QHSE Australia guidelines and company protocols
* Conduct thorough risk assessments for high-risk jobs and guarantee job safety analysis is completed
* Coordinate daily work permits and develop isolation strategies to ensure safe execution of tasks
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
This role involves:
* Collaborating closely with other departments to plan and prioritize work activities
* Liaising with project teams to ensure adherence to regulations
* Developing innovative solutions to complex problems
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience in a similar role in construction or related industries
* Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, risk assessment, and management
* Ability to identify potential issues in advance and develop effective solutions
