About Evalart
Evalart is a leading pre-hire skills assessment platform used by some of the most prestigious firms in Latin America as well as many small and medium sized businesses.
The Role
We're looking for a General Manager / Product Growth Lead to help scale Evalart. You'll work across product, marketing, and sales to drive growth and shape what we build next. This is a hands‐on role with real ownership—you'll be expected to lead initiatives and execute them with the team.
You'll report directly to Noosa Labs' CEO and work closely with our designer, developers, sales and marketing team. If you always wanted to get the opportunity to grow a business with product market fit and be in charge, this is an amazing opportunity.
What You'll Do
* Define, manage and execute the product roadmap
* Collaborate with the engineering and design team in 1-week sprints to ship features fast
* Design, run, and analyze growth experiments across the funnel (acquisition, retention, upsell, etc.)
* Define and lead Sales initiatives with the help of our account executive
* Report on key metrics like MRR, churn, trial conversion, and propose new ways to improve them
* Manage or build growth channels (e.g. SEO, channel partners, etc...)
* Suggest and own new product and go-to-market ideas
* Talk to customers regularly to understand their needs, validate ideas, and identify opportunities to improve the product
* Own the day‐to‐day operations of the product, identifying gaps and solving them hands‐on
What We're Looking For
* Experience in product and growth at a SaaS company (ideally 3–5+ years)
* Proven experience working cross‐functionally with design, engineering, and marketing (sales a plus)
* Comfortable working independently and owning your outcomes
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Able to think strategically and execute quickly
* Based in Latin America (Spanish speaker a must)
* Experience or comfortable in a remote first environment
* Experience with Claude Code
* Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating quicklyStrong operator mindset: willing to execute, not just plan
* Experience owning or being accountable for business metrics (not just contributing)

* Experience in the HR Tech space
* Background in product‐led sales
* Founder, GM, or solo‐builder experience
