In this key leadership role, you’ll connect finance and operations to improve cost-efficiency, drive performance, and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will lead a high-performing team, work closely with senior leaders, and help make smart, data-driven decisions across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Responsibilities Support the Chief Supply Chain Officer with financial insights and advice. Guide decisions on procurement, manufacturing, and working capital. Translate operational plans into financial impact and ROI. Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the supply chain. Create financial models for sourcing, logistics, and supplier cost changes. Manage full P&L for COGS, freight, warehousing, and related expenses. Measure and Report Performance Set KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain effectiveness. Monitor cost drivers and review financial results with operations teams. Highlight risks from inflation, commodity prices, and currency changes. Optimize Costs and Efficiency Work with teams to find cost-saving opportunities. Focus on improving logistics, planning accuracy, and service levels. Analyze the impact of capacity, lead times, and inventory decisions. Improve Inventory and Cash Flow Oversee inventory policies and reduce excess or obsolete stock. Help improve working capital and cash conversion cycles. Manage Risks and Ensure Compliance Identify financial risks in supply chain disruptions or global events. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. Champion Tools & Analytics Lead digital transformation in financial planning for supply chain. Use data analytics to uncover trends and support decision-making. Lead and Grow the Team Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals. Build a culture of accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. 10–15 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in supply chain or operations finance leadership. Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, production, etc.). Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial planning tools. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Preferred Skills MBA, CPA, or CMA certification. Experience in global or regional roles within manufacturing or consumer goods. Familiarity with sustainability and ESG in supply chain.
